Rather than break into a tedious introduction in French, I shall resume in English. There, now, don't you love me already?
Joking and conceitedness aside, my name is Sàmmius on the Internet (and Sam will do just fine). I am seventeen years old, and I reside in the United States of America. Any further details aren't really that important, so I'll avoid providing them. I'm entering my senior year of high school in early August of this year, and I must say that I am not excited at all; I want to get out of school as quickly as possible. I'm an honours student, and my strengths are language (English and French, in this case). Don't be distracted by the seven credits of science that I will have received upon graduating, as I assure you that I do not enjoy science. (I merely enjoy my current chemistry teacher, which is what will have provided me four of those seven credits.)
I dream of attending college/university, and I shall go through with this dream. At this point in life, I think that I've decided to study the humanities with French (of which I'll have six credits before completing high school) before pursuing law school, but I've changed my mind about my undergraduate degree so many times before that it is subject to change soon. (I do need to decide soon, however, as college applications will be right around the corner.) School is sometimes my life, so it will be the primary component of my day following school itself -- whether I'm doing school work or procrastinating after school. However, I'm currently enjoying my summer holidays, and what a treat that is! I value the small circle of friends that I keep close to me, but I assure you that my social circle is quite large, even if I do not enjoy everyone inside it. Anyway, there's not much else I feel the need to say about my personal life, so feel free to ask.
I favour fantasy stories and poetry above all else, but I do enjoy an occasional prose from another genre. I find myself editing/providing assistance with others' work more these days than I find myself actually writing them, but I do write for myself once in a blue moon. I have actually had plenty of muse these days, but I hardly ever have the patience and inhibition to write a story. (Most of my muse goes toward role-playing, as it is done with others and does not require as much focus, in my opinion.) I very much enjoy editing/helping others, whether it's with a story or even with an essay for school, or some nonsense like that. I'm a well-rounded guy. ;]
Anyway, I'm pleased to be on Alphabet Hours. x) [/blockquote]

oh my goodness, I spy a Sam O.O You've been so busy; I admire your persistence. I've never been a fan of school, I did what I could to get things done quickly and efficiently, then BAM, disappeared without a trace! But that's just my style.
To read your plans on the future I feel like hippie .w. but oh well -- I'm glad to see you back ^________^

I'm posting this mobile (and cannot see the chatango). >.< I'm glad to be back! ;D It's hardly persistence! I guess I'm "good at school," whatever that means, but I take education very seriously. I hate the standards where I live, and I hate most of the mechanisms and methods of learning...but I work my ass off. Education is my plan for a future.
